PCFC has had a very successful 2016 football season with many accolades being achieved.
- 6 junior teams reaching finals including 2 teams taking out the premiership.
- 8 Junior players in the top 5 of their age group in the league Best & Fairest
- 1 Youth Girl in top 5 of the league Best & Fairest
- U8 coach (Lisa Said) being nominated for Junior Coach of the Year
- Seniors & Reserves playing of in the Grand Final
- Seniors being promoted to Division 3
- 2 Senior players in top 5 of the league Best & Fairest
- 4 Senior players named in VAFA Division 4 Team of the Year
