See below some VERY IMPORTANT information from the WRFL pertaining to player transfer rules;

WRFL By-Law 4.1.1.3 Limit to Number of Players Transferring Between Member Clubs:
a) For the purpose of this By-Law; “age group” refers to the Junior Official Competition grades and to the Under 18 grade

b) No more than three (3) players of any single age group shall be permitted to transfer in any given year from any one affiliated club to any other particular affiliated club unless;
i. the club from which more than three (3) players of any single age group apply to transfer agrees in writing to such transfer(s); and
ii. every such application is approved, in his/her absolute discretion by the CEO or his/her delegate.
