The Point Cook Cricket Club is Point Cook’s oldest and largest cricket club.
In season 2018/19 we intend to field 5 senior teams that will all play on turf in the prestigious Victorian Turf Cricket Association (VTCA).
In addition we intend to have 20 junior teams that play in the Western Region Junior Cricket Association (WRJCA). The junior program this season will cater for children as young as 8 through to those as old as 17.
As season 2018/2019 is nearly upon us, we would love to invite any senior or junior player who would like to find out more about the Point Cook cricket club to come along to our Season Launch which will take place next Wednesday 8th August, at the Sanctuary Lakes Hotel at 7pm.
Senior Coach Aaron Whear will outline the clubs goals, strategies, and player requirements for the upcoming season. He will also unveil the preseason schedule and introduce the senior leadership group.
You will also have the opportunity to hear from our president Adrian Farrier and Junior Coordinator Paul Harmer, and ask any questions you have regarding how the club operates.
If you are intending on playing at Point Cook this season or would just like to know more about the club before you make a decision, then your attendance at the season launch is a must.
Season Launch Details:
When: Wednesday 8th August.
Where: Sanctuary Lakes Hotel, 280 Point Cook Road, Point Cook.
What Time: 7pm – 7:45pm.
